December 19, 2025 CBA «Engineering Center «BASIS» completed the implementation of a set of works on the creation of the SMIC facility Multifunctional sports and health complex in Salekhard «YAMAL-ARENA»

CJSC «Engineering Center of GOCS «BASIS» completed the implementation of a set of works on the creation of the system for monitoring of engineering (bearing) structures (SMIC) Multifunctional sports and health complex in Salekhard «YAMAL-ARENA».
«YAMAL-ARENA» - unique for Arctic broads' sports facility. Its area is more than 32 thousand square meters. The complex will accommodate a large ice arena with a grandstand for three thousand spectators, an ice rink for training, a choreography hall and a power training hall, a universal 50-meter pool with a jumping tower and a grandstand for 500 spectators, a fitness center.
October 15, 2025. Installation of the system was completed. December 1, 2025. Commissioning works were completed. The passport of monitoring of bearing structures has been formed, border «boxes» are set up in the program complex. The complex is configured to monitor the structures of the facility. On December 19, 2025, acceptance and delivery tests of SMIC were successfully carried out.
In accordance with the Methodology for monitoring the state of load-bearing structures of buildings and structures (certified by the Government Commission for Emergency Management and Fire Safety Protocol dated 18 March 2009 № 3) SMIC in real time allows to control change of stress-deformation state of the supporting structures of the object. In case of deviation of the measured values from the standard to a more fixed value (according to the Monitoring Passport), automatic alarm and transmission of this information to the DTP of the Facility is provided.
Technical solutions implemented on the basis of the CMIS/SMIC Engineering Center «BAZS»/B«BAZS-INTELLIGENCE» (CMIS/SMIC). This complex is the result of many years of joint work of the organization-developer with the All-Russian Research Institute on Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Russian Emergency Ministry (FGBU of the Russian Federation). The SPMI/SMIC PTC complies with the technical requirements of the Russian Emergency Fund, which are applied to the software and technical complexes of the SPMI objects connected with the organs of daily management of the SIDS. Developed on the basis of PTK CMIS/CMIC object, the complex of CMIS for PSU PSKR has been adopted for supply to the Russian Emergency Ministry by Order 257 of May 5, 2012.
