Demands on the quality of SMES software and hardware complexes for construction projects have increased

As the result of treatment of JSC "Engineering Center of Civil Defense and Emergencies" BASIS" and the official investigation on the problems of interfacing hardware and software complex SMES "Automated system of monitoring building structures, engineering systems and systems of technical support of hazardous, technically complex and unique objects "Diar Studio. Monitoring" with the software and hardware complex of information receit of the bodies of everyday control (CMC, EDDS) FGBU Institute of Civil Defense (FC) the decision was made - Act number 147-Pr 31/10/2013, issued by OJSC "NPO "DIAR", should be regarded to be invalid (ref. from 24.10.2016 №4021-13-5).
