Technical Maintenance
Engineering Center GOChS "BASIS" performs technical maintenance of System of Monitoring Engineering Systems. It maintain its efficiency and operability, reduce the number of failures and malfunctions during its operation. SMES maintenance is carried out on the basis of the service schedule monitoring system.
The requirements of this obligatorial for carrying out maintenance organizations.
Maintenance program was designed by Training Conter "BASIS" based of the following documents:
- Resolution of the Government of Moscow, dated May 6, 2008, N 375-PP "About measures of ensuring engineering safety of buildings and facilities and emergencies prevention in the city of Moscow."
- GOST P 22.1.12-2005 "Safety in emergencies. Structured system for monitoring and control of engineering systems of buildings and structures. General requirements."
- "Guidelines for use of the system for monitoring and control of engineering systems (SMEC)", M. 2007
- "Guidelines for the use of the monitoring system engineering (bearing) structures (BSCS)", M. 2007
Regulation specifies type, composition, frequency, software maintenance, as well as possible malfunctions of SMES and BSCS of the facility to-be-monitored and actions to-be-done.
Technical maintenance cost is estimated in accordance with the regulations - Territorial estimated standards for Moscow TSN-2001.
Operation, techncial maintenance and repair of SMES and BSCS should be only carried out by specialized organizations, in coordination with Department of Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in Moscow and the Office of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation in Moscow and Moscow region (Sec. 1.5 Resolution of the Government of Moscow dated May 6, 2008, №375 «About measures of ensuring engineering safety of buildings and facilities and emergencies prevention in the city of Moscow."
