Software and Hardware Complex Workstation user SMIS is designed for users centers, services of the Russian Federation, regions of the Russian Federation, the subjects of the Russian Federation, cities, districts, who are responsible for solving problems:

for the prevention and management of incidents, accidents and emergencies;

to collect and process data for automated control systems and dispatching.

Operating principle

PTC ARM SMIS user receives and displays, video streaming from the centers for receiving, processing and transmitting messages IV PC SMIS CMC / EDDS and produces decision support incidents, accidents, natural and manmade in IC, DDS RF regions and subjects of the Russian Federation, DDS city or area.

As well as a function of the PTC user workstation SMIS is to receive from the DSP SMIS and site-mapping data management systems and control, management and mapping using geographic information, SCADA database systems:

• monitoring objects included in the area of responsibility of the user needed to support decision-making incidents, accidents, natural and manmade;
• site-management systems and dispatching.

• AAWS-P of SMES/ SMIK allows adjusting parameters of AWS-P of SMES/ SMIK Automated Workstation and PC Server of IDC.
